Sarita Parikh provides inspiration for the afternoon with her dynamic keynote presentation. Focusing on three ways to engage people and drive change, Sarita engages you in improving your work, developing the world you want to see, and staying focused throughout change and surprise.
Then participants form cohorts for the afternoon. NCXT facilitates a dynamic and energetic experience of sharing ideas and building habits that drive real change.
Dive deeper into seeing the world differently by taking the conversation into the conservatory for experiential learning activities.
At last, reconvene as a larger group to share our learnings and reinforce new habits.

Venture onto the conservatory patio and have your 360-degree photo taken by Twin Cities Photobooth.
Watch pilots from Youth Drone Sports race their drones through evening skies.
Enjoy appetizers, beverages, cash bars, a technology showcase, and Como Zoo and Conservatory exhibits.

Sarita Parikh has a wake-up-at-3AM passion for advancing technology toward the common good. She is Vice President of Product at Augeo, leading product strategy, consumer experience, and design. She has held a variety of product and engineering leadership roles in the telecommunications, finance, retail, education, and health care sectors, including Motorola, UnitedHealth Group, and Pearson. She also serves as president of the Twin Cities Co-Op Partners, and as a Board Director for Second Harvest Heartland. Sarita and her husband have three active children and spend an above-average amount of time discussing the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
